    To avoid confusion, Atos set up chat rooms for each booth and quickly adjusted them as needed during the event. There were 2,534 chats, including 685 public and 1,849 private interactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Virtual Briefcase<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Attendees could download documents from the virtual briefcase, driving engagement with the content. There were 747 document views.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Branded Videos<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Videos helped create connections with the audience and generate excitement. Testimonial videos were viewed 784 times.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Pre-Recorded Presentations<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Atos conducted 10 webinars, mostly pre-recorded, allowing for better coverage of different time zones. They received positive feedback and learned to incorporate Q&A sessions in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Results<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Atos Virtual In-house Day, powered by vFairs, achieved impressive results. With over 800 registrations from 50 countries, the event demonstrated its global appeal. Attendees actively engaged, with two-thirds completing profiles and submitting CVs. The utilization of vFairs’ features, including virtual booths, chat rooms, virtual briefcases, branded videos, and pre-recorded presentations, facilitated seamless interactions and information sharing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
